Exceptional care at all levels.

Nothing except for the call alarm system is very intrusive in the room from the corridor.

My husband was the patient, and I was look up after him at home until he died at the beginning of August. Due to his faulty he was not fully aware of the details of advice and care given by the hospice in the last 2/3 months, but I know how before that he considered it to be excellent. The support for me continued to be excellent was not the end.

You need to do more companignin and fundraising to widen your services./nIf I'll people are going to get cancer, they need better services than what you are offering. You need to go on the local news and raise the profile of your service to get more funding you need to speak to the local mp to discuss funding.

Despite the restrictions covid imposed. The hospice outreach team did their very best to manage my husband's symptoms over the telephone.

Suggested improvements
Face to face meetings our so much more helpful for patients like my husband who had trouble clearly explaining his symptoms - do hope they are brought back after covid!

The lady who came was respectful, kind, caring to offered lots of support and put this in place within 24 hours (this was not required as other care was {equently} put in place) but was offered and we would have broken up the offer if it was needed. We are very grateful for all the help and advice he have been given.

Suggested improvements
Nothing!/nYou are all very knowledgeable and kept us informed and offered help that we did not know was available.
